Pick one, then your time
Paid online, you cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before, minus the payment fees. After that, or if you don't show up, your coach keeps 30%, up to €30. If they cancel, you're refunded in full. For anything else, sort it out directly with them.

Strength training, getting back in shape or athletic conditioning, we start from where you are. You get a plan written just for you, sessions that move you forward, and someone who follows your progress every week.
